The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a floor fan; it does not have air conditioning. The bathroom is shared between both bedrooms. The apartment also has a private laundry area with a washer and space to hang clothes. There is a TV in the living room for your convenience. Building common areas

The entire apartment is for your exclusive use, with no spaces shared with other guests. The apartment does not include parking; however, free public parking is located around the corner from the building — a bay with a security booth. You can leave your vehicle there and tell the attendant you are going to the BIOTERRA building, as we have an arrangement with them. The parking spots in front of the building are not very secure, since they sit on a main avenue and belong to the businesses there (a dental clinic on one side and a pet store on the other).
