The space
A modern 35 m² duplex (22 m² + 13 m² mezzanine), with a mezzanine height of 1.85 m. Industrial style with luxury finishes. 160x190 cm bed (queen size), double sofa bed, private bathroom with hot water, fully equipped kitchen, coffee station with a professional espresso machine, 55-inch Smart TV, and symmetrical high-speed fiber-optic internet (300 Mbps — the same upload and download speed). PLEASE NOTE: If you are taller than 1.85 m, keep in mind that this is the mezzanine’s maximum height, which may not be entirely comfortable for you. That said, the space is designed to offer functionality and comfort in every detail. The entire apartment is for the guest’s exclusive use. In addition, the building has common areas you may also use. The location is amazing, close to plenty of restaurants, stores and no shortage of things to do. The neighborhood was pretty safe and definitely lively at times. Overall I would definitely recommend and would stay again.
