The space
A modern 17 m² studio in industrial style with luxury finishes. 160x190 cm bed (queen size), private bathroom with hot water, fully equipped kitchen, coffee station with a professional espresso machine, 55-inch Smart TV, and symmetrical high-speed fiber-optic internet (300 Mbps — the same upload and download speed). The studio is in a building with closed-circuit TV (CCTV) and 24/7 monitoring.

The entire apartment is for the guest’s exclusive use. In addition, the building has common areas you may also use. The location is amazing, close to plenty of restaurants, stores and no shortage of things to do. The neighborhood was pretty safe and definitely lively at times. Overall I would definitely recommend and would stay again.
