A modern 37 m² duplex in industrial style with luxury finishes. 160x190 cm bed (queen size), double sofa bed, private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, coffee station with a professional espresso machine, 55-inch Smart TV, and symmetrical high-speed fiber-optic internet (300 Mbps — the same upload and download speed). The loft is in a building with closed-circuit TV (CCTV) and 24/7 monitoring.
