The space

A 25 m² loft. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner induction cooktop, a full bathroom with hot water, a work area with symmetrical high-speed fiber-optic internet (350 Mbps), a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), and air conditioning. The space is in a building with a privileged location. The building was designed and built with short- and long-stay travelers in mind, offering spaces such as: laundry, coworking area, meeting room, open-air CrossFit-style gym, and a hydromassage jacuzzi on the terrace with city views.

Building common areas

You can enjoy all the facilities the building has to offer! On the fourth floor you will find an open-air calisthenics gym. On the other side there is a coworking space and a meeting room. You will also have free high-speed Wi-Fi in this space. Remember that these areas must be booked in advance. And on the ninth floor, there is a small pool with a view of the city.
