The space

Discover industrial luxury in our 46 m² apartment for 3 guests in the heart of Cali. Private bedroom with bathroom, an additional half bath, living room with a sofa bed, full kitchen, and dining area. It sits in a building built for digital nomads and travelers who want comfort. The 4th floor gives you access to an open-air CrossFit-style gym, yoga area, coworking space, open-air cinema, and BBQ. On the 9th floor, a spectacular pool with a view!

Building common areas

You can enjoy all the facilities the building has to offer! On the fourth floor you will find an open-air calisthenics gym. On the other side there is a coworking space and a meeting room. You will also have free high-speed Wi-Fi in this space. Remember that these areas must be booked in advance. And on the ninth floor, there is a small pool with a view of the city.

Getting around

Granada and Juanambú are perfect for exploring on foot and enjoying their restaurants and shops. For longer distances you have taxis and apps (Uber/DiDi) always available, or the MIO bus system that connects the whole city. You can also opt for bicycles or electric scooters for a practical, eco-friendly ride.
