This quiet, modern duplex of 26 m² + 14 m² of mezzanine is just a 5-minute walk from Granada, the neighborhood with the best dining and cultural scene in the city. You are also very close to Cali’s main tourist sights. This modern, welcoming space has everything you need for a pleasant, comfortable stay in the city.
The space
This is a two-level (duplex) apartment, designed with couples in mind. On the first level you will find the bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed, and a dining table for enjoying the wonderful mountain view. On the second level there is a wonderfully comfortable double bed, a desk, and storage space for your luggage.
Building common areas
You can enjoy all the facilities the building has to offer! On the fourth floor you will find an open-air calisthenics gym. On the other side there is a coworking space and a meeting room. You will also have free high-speed Wi-Fi in this space. Remember that these areas must be booked in advance. And on the ninth floor, there is a small pool with a view of the city.
The neighborhood

Enjoy: Prime location: Steps from landmarks such as the Boulevard del Río and the Gato de Tejada. Getting around
Granada and Juanambú are perfect for exploring on foot and enjoying their restaurants and shops. For longer distances you have taxis and apps (Uber/DiDi) always available, or the MIO bus system that connects the whole city. You can also opt for bicycles or electric scooters for a practical, eco-friendly ride.
